We strive to ensure that relations between school and parents are very good at Llancaeah Junior School. We believe wholeheartedly that mutual support has the greatest impact on the progress and development of our children.

However, we would seek to reassure parents that if you have a concern at any time, we would invite you to make contact with us, straight away, using any of the open channels of communication that we have developed. If you still feel that your concerns have not been properly dealt with, you have the right to go down the formal complaints procedure.
