Pupil Leadership Teams 2023 - 2024

At Llancaeach Juniors we actively all pupils to express their opinions and evaluate the provision we make for them.

In addition, in September, all classes elect pupils leaders for the following leadership groups:

    Criw Cymraeg           Curriculum Team            Eco Warriors           Digital Leaders

Elections are held for each Team - representatives from each class are part of each Team.

Each Team elects a Chair and a Vice Chair as well as a minute taker; staff members meet with the Team regularly to coordinate the work towards the Action Plans that the staff and pupils mutually agree during the first Half Term. These Action Plans are then shared with Governors and contribute to the School Development Plan.
